Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Practice Refined, each website is prepared specifically for your practice. Because our services involve design, customization, setup, and time spent preparing your website, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.

Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before we have started work on your website, you may request a full refund.

Once work has begun, the project is considered active and our cancellation policy below applies.

After Work Begins

Once website design, customization, or setup has begun, payments are non-refundable.

If you decide to cancel your project after work has started, you will not be charged for work that has not yet been completed, but any payments already made for work performed or services provided will not be refunded.

Revisions

Your package includes the number of revision rounds specified in your selected package. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed project scope may be subject to an additional fee.

Client Delays

Projects depend on receiving the information, images, content, and approvals needed to complete the website. If requested materials or feedback are not provided within 14 days, the project may be placed on hold.

Extended delays may require a restart fee or revised project timeline.

Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services

Domain registration, hosting, booking platforms, paid plugins, and other third-party services are separate from The Practice Refined's website design fees unless specifically stated in your package.

Fees paid directly to third-party providers are subject to that provider's own cancellation and refund policies.

Monthly Care Plans

Monthly website care plans may be cancelled at any time with written notice before the next billing date. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable.

Cancelling a care plan does not affect ownership of your website, domain, or hosting account.
